Damien’s Hope Foundation (DHF) was founded in 2020 by the Late Reverend Chaplain Steven Hubbard (MSOL) (Rest in Peace) and Phelix Obuya (MSC). The organization is established as Not for Profit Organization in the Republic of Kenya with a mother office in Pittsburgh, PA.
